Tree City Wellness is a modern therapy practice in Boise specializing in relational healing, trauma resolution, and attachment-based care for individuals and couples. We support clients navigating challenges related to parenting, intimacy, communication, anxiety, life transitions, and intergenerational trauma. Rooted in evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Polyvagal Theory, our work is affirming, authentic, and grounded in nervous system regulation. We also offer Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) for rapid trauma recovery and intensives for deeper transformation. At Tree City Wellness, we believe healing happens in connection. We offer in person sessions on the Boise bench or online throughout all of Idaho.
