The owner of Einstein plumbing Boise came out and did the initial inspection. He was very professional and courteous. I had already had the furnace repaid twice before so when he told me that it needed to be replaced and the health hazard it could cause I wasnt surprised. He was very honest and explained everything to me. Since it was later on Friday he told me that he could come out that next week early to fix. Unfortunately it was supposed to snow in Boise that weekend and I would have no heat. He offered to drop off heaters for the house to insure that I would not freeze over the cold Boise weekend!!! At that time I didnt know if I was going to use him or not. I was so impressed that he was more worried about my wellbeing than knowing if I was going to use his Boise heating and air conditioning company to replace my heater. Also he kept an early appointment for me saved so if I decided to go with them that they could come out and replace it since he was so busy that week!! Wow way to go above and beyond with your Boise heating and coolking service. I ended up using this Boise HVAC company and the technicians were professional and explained everything to me. They covered my carpets to insure they did not get dirty during the replacement of parts. No issues with the service and would definitely use these Boise plumbers again and will refer them to family and friends

After having some work done on our Meridian Idaho home, our gas furnace stopped working. The furnace is only three years old, and we'd never had a problem. We discovered an air vent had been displaced, causing the vent pipe to bend. We assumed this was causing the furnace to not work. But, since it is a gas furnace, we decided to have a professional heating and air expert check it out. The Boise heating and AC company that installed the furnace was no longer in business. So I contacted Einstein plumbers to see if they could check it out. They were able to schedule someone to come by in the afternoon. And sure enough, the tech did. The Boise furnace tech called me 30 minutes prior to arrival-as customer service explained they would-and he should up 30 mins later. Excellent! Checking out the furnace, sure enough the vent pipe was the issue. Since another Boise plumbing contractor had displaced it, the tech was unable to make the fix (the fix involved structural work on the exterior vent). The Einstein plumbing Boise tech explained we needed to have the vent fixed and then he'd come back for a follow up check. We had the Boise heating and air guy fix the exterior vent, got the pipe back in place, and less than a minute later our furnace fired up. To be safe, we decided to contact Einstein plumber Boise for the follow-up. The tech came next day, again calling 30 mins before arrival, and he even showed up a little before then. He checked out the furnace, and all was good. It was a big relief having a pro team come out and ensure the furnace was fine. Finding Einstein Plumbing was local here in Meridian, answered calls quickly during business hours, happy to answer questions, arriving/completing work in a timely fashion, and keeping costs reasonable is a major relief as well.
