This is the real "Liege" Belgium waffle recipe with authentic Belgium sugar pearls that add a caramelization for a soft and chewy, but firm waffle.

Our buttery, yeast-risen dough is made from scratch. After rising, they are pressed fresh in a European stainless-steel waffle iron for best results.

We add sweet and savory toppings of your choice: Nutella, Speculoos, fresh strawberries, bananas, whipped cream, chopped bacon, melted cheese, and even a fried egg!

We always use local flour and real butter as well as local, organic, and GMO-free ingredients.
