I have been taking my little Shih Tzu to this place for years for grooming. The last few times they increased their prices, but it was still acceptable as they told me in advance. When I took my dog in the last week for grooming, I was charged 40% more by an obnoxious groomer who told me she needs to be paid extra for her work. I did pay and leave the store. Then I called and talked to the manager and found out that the groomers are on commission. So, this time, this groomer decided to increase his commission by charging extra after the fact! I told them you got me, but you will only do it once. I won't come back. Stores who let their employees charge whatever they feel, will damage their reputation and their future business.
