Sunshine Spice Bakery & Cafe is the first Afghan eatery in Boise. Started by the Shams sisters in December of 2019, they serve an assortment of pastries and baked goods from traditional Afghan recipes as well as flavors from Turkey, Iran, Iraq and other Middle Eastern locales.
