Jims Lumber & Building Supply, Inc Family owned business since 1959

Jim Alexander was the founder of Jims Lumber & Building Supply. He started out with a 500 sq. ft of retail building and a small shed of lumber. The building and shed were on 1 acre of land.
In 1975 Jim retired and his son in law Rodger VanMeer bought the company from Jim. Rodger worked for Jim for 16 years before he became owner. Before Rodger retired he put in 43 years all together.
In 1995 Jims Lumber expanded and built an 8000 sq. ft retail building. The building and shed are now on 3 acres of land. Now being able to offer more product, and service.
In 2002 Rodger retired and his 3 sons Rodger Jr., Rick, and Chuck are now the 3rd generation owners of Jims Lumber.
The 4th generation is now working at Jims Lumber and learning the tricks and trades of running and keeping a successful business.
Jims Lumber has been around for 54 years. We plan on being here for 52 more. We thrive on loyalty, trust worthy, and honest costumer service.

We are a Lumber Yard and Hardware Store.
We are open Monday – Friday 7:30-5:30 Saturday 8:00-4:00 &
Sunday 9:00-4:00
