Craig tiled our kitchen last summer 2025. We asked about a warrenty and was told there was no written warranty but if we had any problems he would fix it. Three months later we found the grout work he did between the tiles was severely cracking and starting to come out. I called Craig and his reply was for me to just grout in the lines where the cracks were forming. I reminded him of his warranty and that I was no tiler. I didnt hear anything from him for a few days. I called with no answer and again text him and again his response was for me to fix it. At this point is was obvious Craig had no intention of ever fixing his work. I hired another tiler and he fixed the job. Craig lied to us, did a quick job, and refused to fix his grouting. I would NOT hire Craig to watch my cat!!! DO NOT HIRE CT TILE FOR ANYTHING!!!
